In afternoon sailed by poor old Ireland & Belfast
Saw Scotland, I. of Mann at dusk - very beautiful but bleak & lonely.
Got in at 1 or 2.
Fri. Jul. 7th
Landed & went thru the customs at 8 & with Miss Fitzgerald's party to Chester & saw Cathedral - after to Leamington. Very tired & had to go & hunt rooms
Went to bed at 7
1st night in England very warm
