working in the office. Did
not do any running around
or receive any calls.
Received telegram from D.
Thursday 29
Busy day in office. Dinner
alone at "Hearth" Walked home
exhausted. Went to bed at
once.
Friday 30
Wm B. called twice to ask me to opera
& bring ticket. Mary Anderson
came over. In evening had dinner
with Editha at "Ursula" then went
to League benefit "Her own money"
at the Studebaker. Sat next to
Miss Heller.
