Missing Ethel Mason very much.
Got to office at 10.15. Wm B.L. had called
but I missed him. I went to other office
meeting. Lunch at "Hearth" alone. Dinner
at "Ursula" alone & walked home. Very
poorly & exhausted so started taking
iron tonic. Mrs Robins came in
during afternoon. Miss Peck called.
Getting a little colder.

Wednesday 4
Got to office at 9.45. Wm B.L. called
& later took me to lunch at Union.
Elisabeth Martini called about article.
In the afternoon went to Saul Bros thence
to Mrs Robins to make sandwiches with
Lily & Olive & to 166 W. Washington St.
Where Mr Williams gave first lecture to
Natl School for organizers. Walked home
with Miss Phelps & Miss O'Neil.
Getting colder - wore fur coat.

Thursday 5
Went down to School of Civics & Phil at 10.30
for Natl. office meeting. Thence to Hearth
with Miss H. for lunch & to office for all
of afternoon. Dinner at Ursula with
Miss Henry & went to hear Helen
Keller. Wouldn't have missed it
for anything. Colder. wearing fur coat.
Wm B. made a long call till Florence Sherwood
came to write suffrage article.
