Friday, Feb. 6, 1914
Sick so stayed in bed & didn't get
to office till 3. Dictated letters and
pottered a little & had dinner at "Ursula"
with Miss Henry. Back to office & wrote
to mother. Home & strummed a little
& went to bed. Wet snow very warm.
Florence Sherwood came to office [previous 5 words crossed out]

Saturday 7
Raw & Cold. Got to office at 10. Went
to bank & post office & lunched at Ursula.
Still feeling ill. Mrs Robins came in during
afternoon. I went to other office & helped
Miss Steghagen write Suffrage statement.
Came home exhausted so lay down
till 8. Got up & pottered till 10.45

Sunday 8
Stayed in bed till 11. Got up pottered &
went to League Meeting at 3. Bitterly
cold. Came home and cooked
myself a fine supper - very
hungry. Did odds & end and
went to bed at 10.30 feeling better
than usual. Hope Ethel will
be home tomorrow.
