Thursday, Feb. 12 1914
After a night of fever & pain &
dysentry was very exhausted &
slept most of the day. Little
Marie Juban came in to talk
to me at night. Ate nothing

Friday 13
In bed. feeling better - Ethel came
at 2. I ate an egg & immediately
the pain commenced - Miss Henry
came at 6 & we had dinner
together. After taking food sick again
immediately. Miss Henry 'phoned Dr
Young to come in morning. I had a
bath took dose of brandy & went to bed.

Saturday 14
Stayed in bed till 11. Got up & went to
office. Went to see Dr Young at 3.
Back to office. Then home & at 5
Wm. B Lloyd took me out to Winnetka
in automobile. He had invited me to
Iolanthe but I was too sick. Was dosed
& went to bed early.
