Arose early & went to Miss O'Connell
to have dress fitted then to office. Lunch
at Randolph alone. Went with Miss G.
to look at new office at 3.30. Got specs.
mended. Dinner at Hearth. Ethel
sat with me thru it. Walked home so
exhausted that I slept till 8. Got up &
practised a little. Warm day.

Friday 6
Got down at 9.30. Mrs Armstrong
called. Lunch at Randolph alone
& went for singing lesson. Mrs Robins
came in at five & discussed
things. We had dinner together at
La Salle. Miss Galvin & I walked all
down State Street looking at Windows
& I came home & pottered & practised.

Saturday 7
Got down at 9.30 & pottered went to
P.O. etc. Lunch at Hearth. Came
home at four & slept exhausted
till 7. So continually tired I don't
know what to do. Editha called
at my room & stayed a while. I
did some clearing up.
