Went to Dr. Schiff at 10.30. He drilled tooth 3d from end lower left. Pottered in office. Feeling very tired. Miss Galvin & I had dinner at Hearth & went to see Ethel Barrymore in "Tante" at the Blackstone. Home & to bed.

Thursday 12
Went to Miss O'Connell for fitting early. Natl. staff Meeting at School of Civics at 2. Back to office & talked with Mrs Robins.
Miss Cohen - third pupil arrived. Dinner alone at Hearth & walked home. Rested & practised a little. Went to bed.

Friday 13
Got down early. Went to court & heard Mrs Robins testify at Waitresses' hearing - great! Lunch with Ethel at Hearth. Went to Mrs Fieldcamp for singing lesson at 2. Dinner at Hearth alone & walked home. Wrote letters to D. Drier & Wm. B Lloyd about rent for suite on 16th floor. Mary Anderson came over & helped her with letter for Harper's Weekly.
