Wednesday, June 3, 1914
Went to Dr Schiff at 11.45. Lunch at Ursula. Kathleen Ussher came in with Capt. & Mrs F [blank space] & we went to Field's for tea & had a jolly time. Very weak & tired got Cupid story ready for Kathleen. Very warm day. Dinner at Hearth alone & walked home.
Thursday 4
Wm B. made a call to read me some letters. Kathleen Ussher & Florence Sherwood called & Agnes Nestor came back from Washington. Great rain in evening & turned cold after a hot morning. So exhausted that I crawled home & dumped into bed.
Friday 5
Turned very cool. Went to P.O. thence to singing lesson at 1.30.
Dinner at Hearth alone came back & worked in office till 7.30 & walked home. Did a good practice. Did not do much in the office.
