Warm day. Fred called at the office
with my music. I went to Saul's at
8 then to dentist at 9 & back to
Saul's ['at' crossed out] till 12 & finished make
up. In evening Fred came & we went
driving & had a long talk. xxxxxxxx
Home at 11.45
Wednesday 22
Hot day very tired got home
at 6 at tumbled straight
to bed. Slept well in spite of
heat.
Thursday 23
Pottered in office lunch with Miss H.
at Randolph. Supper with Lily B
at Hearth. Walked home. Piping
day but got a cool breeze in
evening. Practised a little
& went to bed.
