Very tired - just dead beat. It rained
& the day got cooler. Went to
hearing of Industrial Commission
during afternoon. Agnes, Grace Abbott
J.G. Shedd & others on stand. Came
home & tumbled to bed head foremost
Dinner at Hearth with Lily Brümerhof

Saturday 25

Went to lunch with Miss H at Hearth & F.
Sherwood Sickenger was there. Miss H walked
to Sup. St. with me. I had a rest then
met Fred at Mission tea room a 6.30
and after went driving & then out
on outer drive & had a long talk. xxx
xxxxx Home at 12.45.

Kept my room all day.
Typed some on Cupid story
& slept. Went to bed at
10. Warm bright day.
