Monday, Sept. 7, 1914
Stayed in room all day - excepting to go for supplies - Got so depressed & sick of myself that I went down to the Boynton girls at 8. A cold blustering night
Tuesday 8
Cold day. Got to office at 8.30. Mrs Robins & Olive were in all day. Fred came in during afternoon. Dinner at Hearth & walked home. Fred came at 8 & I drove north first & then into town we went to "The Lost Paradise" moving pictures. Then up to Ohio St & talked xxxxxxx Home at 11.45
Wednesday 9
Got to office at 9. Traipsed round a good deal. Got proofs of Net of C from p. off. Miss O'Neil had dinner with me at Hearth & we walked home together. I read proofs till 11.45. Cold day. Feeling premonitory pains.
