Monday, Nov. 30, 1914
Astonishingly warm day.
Wm B. came in & had a long talk about peace. Ethel & I had lunch at Hearth & I went to Saul's at 1.00 Back to office very tired. Went to Hearth & met Editha. Walked home, washed head & did chores & went to bed. Miss Hoban came in and talked.
Tuesday, Dec. 1
Lunch at Hearth with Miss Henry. Wm B. was in and out all day. At 5.30 he came & took me to an ostrich dinner at Midway garden & back to the opera "William Tell". So flat after last year
He brought me home at 11.30. Wonderfully warm night.
Wednesday 2
Got down early. For lunch Miss Ryan, Miss P. Ethel Miss H & I met at Domestic science. Wm B. made a call in afternoon. At dinner Editha, Marjery Currey (Dell) & I & Llewellyn Jones met at Hearth. Three first walked home together. Getting a little cooler.
