Pottered in office - profitless day. Depressed & unable to find zest in anything. [Sewed?] in evening.
Tues. 4
Pottered in office. In Evening Miss G & I went to Hearth & met Editha & we went to see Ethel Barrymore in "The Shadow" Acting good, play [slops?]. E & I walked home.
Wed. 5
Worked in office. Ethel & I had lunch at Hearth. Pottered around office. Miss G & I had tea at Hillman's & went to look at dresses. Walked home [continued on next page]
