Lovely day. Took off some
woollens. Kath & I went to
see pictures in Academy in
early afternoon. Then had
tea at home with her aunt
and pottered about. Put
watch on an hour for
new time.
SUN. MAY 21 1916
Lovely warm day. Lay down
& read "Manalive" & dozed &
got up to tea with Usshers when
Chappels & Miss Wood came.
Then Kath & I took a little
walk on the Embankment
beautiful with pink May, chestnuts etc.
