see opening of new dormit-
-ories of C. Travellers' Schools.
Lovely day. Pink May
a dream. Home about

Commercial Travellers Schools - for children of commercial travellers who were orphaned or who's parent could no longer earn a living. Founded by John Cuffley in 1845 at Wanstead, but as the school numbers grew by 1853, a new site was utilised at Pinner.
