Dull day. Never went
out of room. Revised play
"Somewhere here in London". In after-
-noon Mr & Mrs Cadogan and
Jenkin came to Usshers &
I joined them in afternoon tea.
Exceedingly depressed.

MON. JULY 24 1916
Stayed in my room all day
excepting to shop at World's
End & revised London Play.
Dull day & cold.
Nell came at 9 p.m &
stayed till 11.
