Thence to lunch with Miss A.A.S.
at Minerva & home via
Selfridges. Showery day &
gusty. Noted 8 swans &
6 ducks.

WED. SEPT. 20 1916
Wrote McMillan article
for Melbourne & pottered.
Nell came & spent evening
& brought big pine-apple.
Had tea with me in my
room. Cold, had fire.
