then home & finished
reading "Le Roi des Montagnes".
Lovely day Noted swans, ducks &
gulls. Depressed.
SAT. OCT. 14 1916
Colder windy day. Pottered in
morning. In afternoon went to
Hyde Pk. to hear Bs. of
London & Kensington &
walked home. Some trees in Pk. quite
leaveless but Planes still
holding their own. Swans
asleep in the grey mud
