My Dear father
A very good man who has been kind to me has sent me the inclosed but I cannot learn by what ship the man is gone out. Therefore fear you may not hear of him if you should please let me know something of him and how he gets on – I called on Mrs Eyre of Hackney she laments her sons indiscretion and wishes he has staid at Port Jackson – she appears an excellent women and bears her sufferings well.
Note Mr Evans is a clergyman a pious man known to Mr Marsden and a magistrate in Cardiganshire.
