Dear and Respected Sir
I have the pleasure of writing yo
you a few lines and I am sorry
that time will not allow me to
write more. I have begun to taste
the sweets - I have a thick leg laid
upon a pillow do not expect it
will remain long I have had a
? of the intimidating fever
which I hope will go away very
soon. We are residing at present
at Raiatea near Mr ?
to enjoy the advantage of his
services where Mrs ? is confined
which i expect will take place very soon when proper station is
Huahine where Messrs Davis adn Ellis are residing and carrying on
the work of the mission.
