Lampeter March the 12th 1821
Dear Sir
I take the pleasure of wrighting to
you this few lines in hope that they will find
you in good health as this leves me thank be to god for
his loving mercy towards us at all times i hope that
the lord will reward you for your kindness to us at all
times i hope that you wont forget us never and if you will
[indecipherable] duty is not to forget you peace be to you and to
all that belongs to you i am afraid that we shall
love all our teachers i hope that you will go home safe we
are very sorry that Mr Jones is gon from us but we are glad
in one thing that he is going because we think he will
be a great comfort to you in your trouble and sorrow
i am often think of the good advice that you gave us.
something tell me that you are to comeback but
when i remember that i shall never see your face
nor hear your views no more this side of the grave
