My Dear Sir
I have been preaching from 1 John 4/11.
on the love we ought to have one towards another.
I want to see this love more displayed. And I know
out of my means whereby we can better testify ones
love than by doing all in our power to send the Bible
to all men. Now the Parramatta Bible Association
is expiring. And I fear that it will soon be extinct
unless you take it in hand. Pray think of this
& I shall be glad to see you on the subject when
I visit Parramatta a week hence, or sooner if
you come to Sydney.
No Society certainly ever commenced
with a better prospect of prosperity.
