Revd & Dear Sir

I received yours of yesterday desiring
to know if I had had heard, or seen, any thing of a parcel which was
at Mr. Marsdens for Mr. Blossom, and and where it is. In answer,
I brought the said parcel from Parramatta, together with
several others, on Saturday the 18th Jany. and delivered them
safely into the care of Mr. Campbell, and in his Counting
House I saw them this Morning: They will, of course, be
put on board the Endeavour Schooner which will sail
on Saturday Morning.
I beg leave to remark that Mr. Marsden
before His Departure, put an open Letter into my hand for
Mr. Pratt, representing me to be the Bearer of Mr
Shepherds Journal, and referring Mr. Pratt to that Journal
for information - Had not Mr Marsden wished me to take
the above, he certainly never would have so put it down in
His Letter. I have sent two Messages to Mr. Cartwright
and have also written to him twice on the subjectd, but have
