If this letter was to Rev T Hassall this could probably be Mary Lawry which is evidently the case from subseqent letters of Rev. W. Lawry.

the catalogue note for this letter says "Holograph letter to Reverend T. Hassall, on family matters including death of a sister [possible Mrs. W. Lawry]. It appears as though the date is incorrect or else it may refer to another sister. Mrs. Lawry's death appears to have taken place in 1826."
