1 Blessed – what is this state?

All men are seeking to be happy – why will
they not listen to the voice of God.

Right to wish to be happy made for
this – "brings end & aim".

But in such a way that it will do no
wrong – hinder no others [other's] joy ~

Men complain – the worlds [world's] a wilderness
No joy – but who made it so?

2 "That walketh &c". Explain "walketh"
consel [counsel] – Who are ungodly – more
than one sort. All are so – who are with-
-out God; or who disobey God.

Walk not with those who counsel what
you know is wrong – or contrary to the Bible.
Have as little to do as poss. [possible] with those who
don't try to live as God wishes them too [to]
