James 5:19-20 ~

19. Brethren, if any of you do err
from the truth, and one convert him;
20. Let him know, that he who con-
-verteth the sinner from the error
of his way shall save a soul from
death, and shall hide a multitude
of sins~"

Capacity of hap. [happiness] is seen on all sides.
The frolicsome brute displays it.

The lamb – kitten – colt – insect – bird –
Domestic animals appreciate kindness
& render service with no little joy
in such a service –

But to man is given a wider sphere.
He makes others happy by voluntary acts.

By the control & exercise of a rational mind.
Let him know also – that there is an infinite
good gained in this dark world – by converting
