3. Her sons are to be chiefly
the instruments of her victory.

(a) Not her missionaries only.

Tho. [Though] they must go – to chase
away 'spertitio [superstition] & darkness – to instruct
Enlighten & save.

(b) Not her ministers only.
Tho. [Though] they must preach the
ever living – burning truth – must con-
-vince, persuade, impel, kindle the imag-
-ination & fire the soul ~

(c) But all that can accomplish
good of any kind – all who
can make men nobler higher & better –
can strike a blow at sin.
