4 More men devoted to the care
of the community, who are not on
the look-out for more money ~
He Teachers – Lecturers – preachers.

5 Return unto God – & a putting
away of iniquity. –

This is the only permanent
road to prosperity.

There is silver & glo gold in
Cal. [California] enough for all who will come
here & live, & serve God.

It is the people that make a country
after all – & their institutions ~
