Earth – Ocean – air & heaven
are full of these (manifestations)

God acts everywhere – & so
must be present everywhere

Not diffused – but energizing.
A Spirit has not place – as
matter – but is present where
it exerts power – produces changes.
God can make his power felt
anywhere – & so is there ~
