discontent arises from politi-
-cal arrangements and abuses.
And still another comes from
financial problems, and from
the unequal distribution of
wealth. There is no allegation that
the great world's wealth is not increasing
rapidly in civilized lands, nor
that the condition of the industrial
classes is not better than for-
-merly. Indeed, it is seen on all
sides that laboring people are
faring more finely than ever be-
-fore in the world's history. The
real complaint seems to be that
the world is fast growing rich,
and that the toiling millions are
getting a share of the increase,
but not such a share of it as
