condition; because, while it differs
from materialism in having an or-
-ganism, a being, as the original of
all things, its supporters are not
agreed as to the contents of the being,
what it includes or excludes, nor

teachings of this class of men it would
seem that their Power behind phe-
nomena is not endowed with a ra-
-tional Soul and a free Will, and is
not a person in the truest sense;
