William Harrison's executor
and others vs.

William H Battle Trustee

This cause coming on to be heard
upon the formentioned order and the Report of the Clerk to the
present term, and no exception being filed thereto. The
Court doth confirm the said Report of the Clerk to
the Court doth confirm the said Report and it appearing
therefrom that the whole of the funds in the hands of
William H Battle Trustee with interest up to the 10
August 1831 amounts to $5694.20. It is ordered by the
Court that the said Trustee be allowed to retain the
sum of $144.60 for his commission & other cost and
charges leg him incurred in executing the trust - and that
he satisfy and pay to the clerk & master of Franklin the
sum of $23.43 cents, his costs in this suit allowed - and
to the Clerk of this Court the sum of $58.15 for his costs
and allowances for the reports filed in this cause
and it is further ordered and decreed that the said Trustee
pay to Jones Cooke executor of William Harrison
the sum of $1657.81, to Joseph William [?] the
sum of $278.63, to P C Dunner to the use of Williams Murray the sum of $148.76, to
Russell & Freeman the sum of $2207.89 - to Henry Y [?] the sum of $767.00 and that
the balance of the fund viz $397.93 be applied in
part satisfaction of the execution of Hall and
Nall
