dear sister
I write to let you no [know]
whirr [where] I am so if you
ever took a notion to
write you would know
whirr [where] to send your letter
I am not doing much
for my self trying to
make a crop cant see
much though my eyes air [are]
better now than they
were when I cam [came] there

I havent heard from
sis in some time I dont
no [know] whirr [where] she is now I never
git [got] any letter from any
of you but I am to write
some times Ed hasint [hasn't] wrote
to me in over a year you and
May hardly ever writes Sis
has bin writing tolerably
often untill the last fiw
months she was at Sherm-
an I wrote their [there] but got no
answer so I dont no [know]
whirr [where] to write to her
