Monday the 11 May 1857. Planted corn +
hauled manure to day in the pam p feild
Finished planting corn

Tuesday the 12 May 1857 Heauled manure
+ put on the corn Hills (finished) we
have manure in the Hill this year all
The field east of the meadow 10 Acres
in the puiup feild + 5 Acres in the cassel
field making in all H 5 Acres

Wednesday the 13th May 1857 Broke out
middles with 3 plows in The cassel field
+ planTed peas The Other hands a planTe
corn east of meadow a little shower of
rain in the afTernoon but not enough to do
much good send Daniel to lune Kiln for
Liune to irhts work our out buildings
+ planks fences around the gard,

Thursday the 14 May 1857 replanted corn in the fiield East
of meadow + finished by boow ran 6 plows Breaking
middles + planting pes finished That field to day

Friday the 15th May 1857 Commenced Breaking middly
+ planTing peas in The field Eat of meadow
with 6 plows to day Bt rained a nice shower
this morning before day made the ground a little
heavy on Jop to plow but we Kept on
Daniel is showing shek yesterda + To day
we how but 27 old sheep + 8 Sambi
