Tuesday the 29th June 1858 [] plows in barn
fild plowing the corn the [] time until noon then
cut oats with all hands in the cassel field
had 71 [] on 3 acres not good the visit
injured it verry much had to cut it
too green yet some of it was dead

Wednsday the 30th June 6 plows going until
9 oclock in barn field and 5 [] cutting oats
and cassel field and letting it [] all hands
went to the oats field at 9 oclock and cut oats all
day and round up those that was cut in the
morning Perry cut hand finger very bad
with scthe today got sir myers hired at $1 a day to cut oat
verry warm ther 93 deg

Thursday the 1 July 1858 cut oats all day with 5 []
with 6 plown until 9 oclk then bound the oat after the
[] in the evening it rained a light shower stoped
[] from binding but kepy on cutting
very warm ther 94 deg

Friday the 2nd July 1858 5 cradles cutting oats
finished the Cassel field + commenced in the
punch field run 5 plows until 10 oclock
finished plowing oat [coin?] the 3rd time
this morning 934 deg oats in the cassle field

cradle verry warm ther 92

Monday the 5th July 1858 finished cutting
oats today by moon we made 934 [] in []
casel field 770 [sog?] in punch field + 71 []
planted oats by the [] 1775 [] in all
