started one wagon in the morning + 3
after dinner to halling wheat in the evening
it rained a good shower + stoped us
only halled in 5 or 600 oz
yesterday (sunday) was the hotest day
we have had ther at 95

Tuesday the 6 July 1858 commenced plowing the
athor corn the 4th + last time today ran 8 plows
+ the little fellows haling cool + fine for work

Wednesday the 7 July 1858 ran 8 plows in the Arthor
corn field until noon then started 3 wagons to hall
wheat out of the field by the house

Thursday the 8th July 1858 rained a light sprinkle this
morning the wheat too wet to haul ran 8 plows
in the athor field until noon + finished saying
by that field we sowed 10 or 12 Bu peas brad
cast in the poorest places of this field alot 1 1/12 Bu to the acre in the afternoon we finished
laying bye the cherry orchard rained a slight
sprinkel several times during the forenoon

Friday the 9th July 1858 commenced the bow
field the fourth time + plowed until noon
then halled wheat cleared the big field
southeast of the house + turned the hogs in

Saturdat the 10 July 1858 rained a slight
shower last night just enough to stop us
from hulling wheat [] 8 plowed in
barn field until noon then hulled in
wheat

Monday the 12th July 1858 Rained a good shower
yesterday (sunday0 nearly as good seasaw plowed
this morning with 8 plows in bow field let out
some potatoe [] hoed potatoes []
