wood + put up shuck,

Saturday 23 Novr 1861 Shucked + crshed
corn all the wrek cool weather

Tuesday 26 Novr 1861 finished shucking corn
quite cool + Frosty

Thursday 28 Novr 1861 cribed corn and
halled manure

Saturday 30 Novr 1861 Finirhed cribbing
our corn + putting up our shuck
we have made more Than 3000 Bu have
about 100 Bu to our hogs + have our cribs
shelling Room + upstais in our crib all
full more than 2000 Bu + our hogs but + Reaty
to kill

Thursday 5 Dec 1861 been chopping + halling
wood + manure put away our cabbage +6
been quite cold but is now warmer

Friday 6 Dec 1861 started 4 2 horse plows
breaking for corn in house field
manured + plowed up our garden +
plowed the apple orchard
Frosty mornings but nice days for
work

Saturd 7 Dec 1861 Run 4 plows halled
Lumber from Taylors mill put up
plank fence around the west side of
Garden Lot

Saturday 14 Dec 1861 Been plowing with 4 plows
in House field all the week fine weather
