S.E. Hollis, Esq.,
33, Henry Taylor Court,
Old Ormeshy
Middlesbrough.

Dear Mr. Hollis,
Thank you very much for your nice letter of 19th June.
I do appreciate that it is vital for you to catch the 3.40 p.m.
train from Kings Cross and we shall make sure that you are there
in time.
We tried to reserve a seat for you on the homeward journey
but we were told by the Railway Officials that this is not possible.
They assure us, however, that there will be plenty of room as this
is not normally a busy train.
I am enclosing herewith your sleeping berth reservation
and your return ticket; I think you will have to ask at Darlington
just where the sleeping berth is.
Mr. Ryan and I are looking forward very much to meeting
you and I should like to thank you in advance for co-operating with
us so wholeheartedly.
Yours very sincerely,
(Joan Ogle Isaacs)
