24th Queen's Birthday. The Inmates worked until the dinner hour and notwithstanding the rain enjoyed a pleasant afternoon and evening, a good tea with fruit and cake in plenty.
Laundress out for the day.

25th Bella Balmer gone as general Servant to Mrs Wigfull of James Park at 8/- per week.
Sub-Matron & Laundress out.

26th Kate Macdonald asked admittance and was received.
Mr Jordan conducted morning Service
