To the Honorable City Council,
City of Fort Worth.

Gentlemen:-

Frank J. Robinson, a citizen of Fort Worth, residing
at 1427 South Calhoun Street, hereby presents to the City a claim
for damages in the sum of Two Hundred Dollars, by reason of injury
to his posidence property, situated as above indicated.

His property is on the corner of MAgnolia and Calhoun Streets,
facing West and extending back along Magnolia Street to the right
of way of the Santa Fe Ry. Co. Magnolia Street along side of his
property is so graded that it causes his property to flow
whenever there is anything like a heavy rain. On June 3, 1904
he was damaged in the above sum by reason of an over flow of said
promises caused by this defect in the grading of Magnolia Street.
At said time great quantities of water came over his premises, washing
out the same and being upon his premises quantities of filth, trash
and other substances liable to produce sickness. The Street at this
place is in a very defective condition. This claim should be settled
and the street put in a condition so that there will not be a
repetition of such injury to said property.

He respectfully asks that this sum be paid him without
litigation.
