amendments to the Executive Committee which considered them on November 10,
1933, and unanimously approved them. The amendments follows:

1. Amend Chapter II, Section 2-8, Sub-section (c) by inserting following
the word "upon" in line 2, the words "the Provost, the Finance
Officer, the Business Officer and Treasurer" and by deleting in
line 2 the words "Vice President and Controller."

2. Amend Chapter II, Section 2-10, Sub-section (c) by deleting in lines
2 and 3 the words "Vice President and Controller, a Vice President
(academic), the Chancellors, the Assistant Controllers," and by
inserting following the word "President" in line 1, "The Trustees
shall have the power to appoint on the recommendation of the
President, a Provost, a Finance Officer, a Business Officer and
Treasurer, an Assistant to the President, the Chancellors, the
Business Managers."

3. Amend Chapter II, Section 2-11, Sub-section (a) by inserting in
the paragraph on powers following the word "President" in line 5 the
following words: "Provost, Finance Officer, Business Officer,
and Treasurer," and by deleting in lines 5 and 6 the words
"Vice President and Controller, Vice President (academic), and
Assistant Controller."

4. Amend Chapter II, Section 2-11, Sub-section (c) in the second
paragraph by deleting in line 2 the words "Assistant Controller"
and inserting "Business Manager" following the word "the" and by
inserting Business Officer and Treasurer" and deleting the word
"Controller" in line 3 following the words "President and."

5. Amend Chapter II, Section 2-11, Sub-section (e), paragraph (3)
under the duties of the Escheats Committee by deleting in line 6 the
words "Vice President and Controller" and inserting the word
"President" and by deleting in line 7 the words "Vice President
and Controller" and inserting the words "President through the
Finance Officer" and by deleting in line 8 the words "Vice
President and Controller" and inserting the word "President."

6. Amend Chapter II, Section 2-11, Sub-section (f), by deleting
from the title the words "use and disposition of" and by deleting in
line 5 of paragraph 3 the words "'Vice President and Controller"
and inserting the words "the Business Officer and Treasurer."

7. Amend Chapter II, Section 2-17, first paragraph, by inserting
following the word "regular" in line 3 the words "or special."

8. Amend Chapter III, Section 3-1, by adding the following paragraphs
to Sub-section(c):

"The President shall assume, and retain at all times, control over
all budgets of the University. He shall approve revisions of
budgets including allocations of unexpended funds, and he shall
approve expenditures under the budget.

"The President shall establish an organization to carry out
effectively the policies of The University. He shall interpret
the organization to the Board of Trustees and to the Officers
and faculties of the University. He shall insure that The
University and its components are properly staffed with personnel
competent to discharge their responsibilities effectively, and
that adequate opportunities are provided for the development and
advancement of such personnel.

"The President shall establish and maintain lines of communication
adequate to insure prompt perception of needs for problem
identification and analysis, decision, and policy formulation.

"In carrying out his duties and responsibilities, the President may
delegate to subordinate officers protions of thos duties with the
required authority for their fulfullment. However, this shall not
