The just cause for complaint
is my excuse for addressing you this
communication. We have sold goods
cash prices to the Sup't of Indian Affairs
in California to the amt of Twenty Seven
Hundred & fifteen 17/100 Dolls $2415.17
the first purchases were made in May '58 the last
in Jany of this year, from which you will observe
a portion of the amt is due one year — on
1st April last we closed the a/c by taking Mr
Henley's individual note at four mos from
date for the amt without interest — In
addition to which we hold the following drafts
H S Heintzelmans drft for $405.20 dated Oct 18, 58
H L Ford's drft Mendicino $464.56 Jany 27/59
and V. E. Geiger Nome Lackee $534.00 Nov 18/58
in all Four Thousand One Hundred & Eighteen 93/100
Dolls $4118.93 — the two last mentioned drafts
we took from other parties as cash, abt the time
of their date — Where money commands from
