The Secretary tenders his resignation,
which was on motion accepted, and was
subsequently appointed to officiate as
Secretary Pro Temp until such time
as may be convenient to him.

Mr. L. Lehman gave notice of an amendment
to Sec. 2d of Art. 1th of the
Bylaws to read as follows:

Members sending children to the Jewish
Congregational School shall pay one
Dollar monthly for each & every child.

On motion the meeting adjourned, agreeable
to a call of the President.
