Sacramento, October 17 1858.

At a call Meeting the congregration
met at the Synagogue.
J. Davis in the chair.

The object of the meeting was a report
from the committee on buying a building
or lot for a Synagogue, which was
heard, and on motion of D. Kohn
the meeting granted full power to
the committee to buy, according to their
best judgment.

No more business for the meeting
this adjourned to the call of the Pres.
