Mr. Kominsky moved & seconded by M. Korn, that
the congregation shall head the subscription list with
$25, which was adopted.
Mr. Kominsky proposed Mr. Ehrlich
as a member of this Congregation, carried.
The Secretary moved to go in to the election for Chazzan,
Shochet, reader & teacher for 6 months,
which was amended by Woolf for 3 months.
amendment was carried.
The Secretary proposed Rev. S. Peck.
M. Newman proposed J. Newman
and a ballot was held, with the following
result.
Rev. Peck received 16 votes
J. Newman 1 vote
whereupon the President declared Rev. Peck
elected Chazzan, teacher, & reader for the following
3 months.
It was moved & second to adjourn, which
was carried.

A meeting was held Sunday, February 15, 1860.
M. Marks in the Chair
The minutes of last meeting were read
and approved.
Mr. Coney resignation was laid on the table
and the secretary to give him notice of his
arrears.
The resignation of S. Zekind
was accepted.
The Secretary's Annual report was read and
the same referred to the Board of Trustees.
The treasurer's annual report was read
and moved, to be referred to the trustees.
