Sacramento, February 20th, 1861

A special meeting of the Board of
Officers was held, President M. Marks
in the chair.

Communication of Mr. Lewis Levy was
read and on motion was accepted
and laid on the table.

Communications of Mr. M. Goldman
was on motion, read and placed on file.

On motion of Mr. D. Kohen the proposition
of Mr. Lewis Levy was accepted and the
contract for baking and furnishing
matzah awarded to him providing
he will permit Rev. Mr. Cohen the
superintendency of the baking of the same.

Meeting adjourned.
