declared duly elected Treasurer for the
next ensuing term. Mssrs. Marks, I. Levy,
Bremer & Lehman were nominated for trustees.
Messrs. Marks, Bremer & Levy having received
a majority of all votes cast were declared
duly elected as trustees.

The newly elected officers having been
conducted to their respective seats, the President
appointed C. Lehman, Harris Davis,
Lewis Levy and L. Jacobs as school
commissioners for the next ensuing term.

On motion of Mr. Aronson, a vote of thanks
was tendered to our late President for his
punctuality and attentiveness with which he discharged
the duties of his office.

On motion a vote of thanks was tendered to
the V.P. and all the officers of the Congregation.

On motion of Mr Friedman, one of the trustees
was requested to attend shul every Saturday.
Communication from Jerusalem was [??] read
and placed on file. No further business
on hand, the meeting adjourned.
