The following gentlemen were nominated
for trustees: J. Kremer, M. Friedman,
S.J. Nathan, N.M. Jacobs, P. Franklin,
and H. Ross.

A vote by ballots was taken and
Mr. M. Friedman received 6 votes
S.J. Nathan 10 "
J. Kremer 21 "
N.M. Jacobs 12 "
P. Franklin 21 "
H. Ross 6 "

J. Kremer, P. Franklin, and N.M. Jacobs
having received the highest number of
votes cast, were declared elected as
trustees for the coming year.

On motion the meeting proceeded to the
election of a committee of three to be known
as the School Commissioners, whose duty it
shall be supervise, regulate and have
in their special care the Hebrew School
in charge of Mr. Silberstein. Messrs. J. Davis,
P. Franklin and B. Dennery were
unaminously elected as School Commissioners
for the next 12 months.

On motion the newly elected Secretary was
conducted to his desk and no further
business appearing, the meeting adjourned.
