Nominations for vice President being in order

Mr. Bories nominated P. Franklin
J. S. Newmark " J. Bremer
L. Levy " J. Davis
B. Dennery " N.M. Jacobs

A ballot being had, Mr. Franklin
received 13 votes, Mr. Bremer 10, Mr.
Davis 10, and Mr. Jacobs 1.
Neither having received a majority the meeting proceeded
to a second ballot. Messrs.
Bremer and Jacobs withdrew their
names and on the second ballot
Mr. Davis received 21 votes and Mr.
Franklin 11. Mr. Davis was declared
duly elected and on motion of Mr.
Franklin his election was made
unanimous. For Secretary, Mr.
Franklin nominated L. Flatau
and Mr. Zekind nominated Mr. Franklin.
Mr. Franklin declined and on motion
the nominations were closed and
the President authorized to cast
the vote of the Congregation for
Secretary. The President cast his
vote for L. Flatau, who was
declared unanimously elected for
Secretary.

For Treasurer, D. Harris nominated
N.M. Jacobs and H. Ross
nominated S.J. Nathan. The
nominations being closed and
a ballot taken, Mr. Jacobs received
15 votes and Mr. Nathan 19.
Mr. Nathan was declared the
duly elected Treasurer.

Mr. Davis " J. Bremer
D. Harris " P. Franklin
S. Levy " G. Haines
