On motion the nominations were
closed. A ballot was taken and
resulted as follows.

Mr. Wolf received 4 votes
Mr. Bremer " 11 votes
Mr. Franklin " 13 votes
Mr. Harris " 22 votes
Mr. Kosminski " 27 votes
Mr. Jacobs " 21 votes

Mssrs. Harris, Jacobs, and
Kosminski having each
received a majority of all the votes
cast were declared duly elected
as Trustees.

Mr. Ross moved to tender the thanks
of the Congregation to the Secretary,
for the manner in which he
discharged his duties.

Mr. Davis moved to remit hereafter
all dues of the Secretary, but by
request of the Secretary himself
the motion was withdrawn.

No other business appearing
the meeting adjourned.
